The Board’s role is to govern the business:
Approving strategy and budgets
Overseeing company finances
Ensuring risks are managed
Operating within our constitution and the Australian legal framework
Day-to-day operations are handled by our executive team, who report to the Board via the CEO.
Our matrix structure allows each group to act in its own best interest, while coordinating with the others where it adds value.
